Plan Your Visit

Every New Victory ticket unlocks new adventures.

Next season will wow the entire family! From a folkloric musical and playful puppetry to high-flying fun from Cirque Mechanics, there’s something for everyone—but watching the show is just one part of your family’s visit. A trip to the New Victory is an experience custom-made for kids!

Unleash your imagination with free pre-show activities (accessed from your devices and in the lobbies) and feel at home with our amenities. Post-show, stick around a bit for an extra photo op and then find a meal around the neighborhood. The magic of theater starts here….

Play Time!

We always get to the theater early to take advantage of the pre-show activities.

Ahead of every performance, New Victory Teaching Artists and New 42 Youth Corps members guide your family in free, interactive arts activities.

  • We create original activities for each production that set the scene for the story on stage and connect you to the art form. Get started on the family-friendly fun early with a New Victory Arts Break, available online anytime. These do-try-this-at-home activities invite you to flex your creativity and stretch your imagination.

  • Once it’s showtime, aim to arrive with time to head downstairs for in-person engagement. These hands-on games and art-making typically take around 20 minutes and can get crowded as curtain time approaches. Doors open 45 minutes ahead of time—plan your arrival accordingly!

  • Activities are available post-show too! Whether you didn’t have enough time pre-show or just want another go, the self-guided lobby activities remain open 20 minutes after the performance. And don’t forget to return to the Arts Break for perfect post-show prompts.
