This first-of-its-kind, hands-on New Victory workshop is inspired by this season’s productions of Wink and Shakespeare’s Stars. This workshop will take you on a journey into an immersive, multi-disciplinary learning experience and provide strategies for creating exciting theatrical experiences for kids of all ages and abilities.
This workshop will explore elements of multi-sensory theater and draw connections to in-classroom learning by illustrating how theater-based concepts can be reframed as immersive education. Get ready to explore theater in a whole new way, spark your imagination and get inspired to create a communal story that ignites all of the senses.
Participants will be offered one complimentary ticket to see Wink at 11am on Saturday, April 29, at The New Victory Theater.
