Every kind message and generous contribution from funders, donors, the international artist community and families across the country has been overwhelming. As a stage for international artists, New Victory was among the first cultural organizations in New York City to cancel the remainder of our season, enable staff to work from home, and quickly launch new online content in the form of New VictoryArts Break, arts curriculum designed for the millions of families stuck at home to incorporate the performing arts into their homeschool learning. Already, New 42 has garnered nearly 30,000 views of New Victory Arts Break in just over a week, and this steadily growing number tells us that more and more households are making art and making memories with each passing day. On behalf of the hardworking New 42 administrative staff, teaching artists and New 42 Youth Corps ushers, thank you for your enthusiasm and for inviting New 42 and New Victory Arts Break into your home. Your continued support will keep us doing the work of bringing families together through the performing arts.
