Virtual Partnership: Educator Resources

This program offers in-depth performing arts engagement and learning modules that infuse creativity across school curricula. Pre-K–12th grade students can engage in active arts exploration using curriculum created with trauma-informed and social justice practices to spark imagination, build ensemble and community, ignite agency and inspire hope.

For Grades 6 – 12

Inspired by Ping Chong + Company’s UNDESIRABLE ELEMENTS: GENERATION NYZ (New Victory, 2018) educators have ready-to-implement activities and resources to encourage students to tell their stories and address the important social issues that shape their lives like climate change, racial justice, gun control and politics. Generation YOU includes the production video, script and a guide with opportunities for student-centered reflection.

For Grades K – 6

Discover the theater-making process, including devising new work and character creation with the New Victory LabWorks Resource Unit. Educators and students will explore the creative process with Activities, Creativity Pages and Unit Plan Brainstorms, while learning about New Victory LabWorks, a new work development program that explores, devises and reimagines what theater for young audiences can be.
