Ticket Services is operated completely by New Victory staff, so you'll always get accurate answers and helpful service when you call with any questions, comments or requests. As Members, you'll receive the 2011-12 season brochure before anyone else and have priority access to tickets for next season. You'll also get advance notice of any extended programming at The New Victory Theater, or other shows presented by The New 42nd Street, with an exclusive priority ordering period.

If you provide us with your email address, we'll send you ticket confirmations and performance reminders, as well as "More About" emails, sent to you before each production with information about the visiting artists to get you and your family excited about the show!

Lost your tickets? No problem. You're insured! Simply contact Ticket Services, give them your Member number, and we'll have replacement tickets waiting for you when you come to the Theater.

New York's theater for kids and families brings you the best New York City parents' guide to culture and entertainment. Become a Member and Time Out New York Kids will send you 12 months of essential NYC parenting know-how and fun. Already have a subscription? Not to worry! Your subscription will be extended for another year - on the house.

Celebrating a birthday or graduation? Getting the extended family together for quality time? In addition to your 6 Member tickets, you can buy up to 12 more at a 25% discount! New Victory facilities are not available for pre- or post- show festivities, but many local restaurants are. Call us for suggestions.
Additional tickets beyond 18 may be purchased at regular price.

Order New Vic Studio: Family Workshops at the same time you order your tickets!
Join us for fun and educational workshops led by theater professionals. Workshops, each targeted to specific age groups, focus on theatrical themes related to New Victory shows. Click on the Workshops link at the top of this page to see a list of New Vic Studio: Family Workshops for the 2010-11 season and information on how to register.
Workshops are also open to non-Members as well. ($12/Members; $17 non-Members)

In addition to a discount on show tickets and New Vic Studio Family Workshops, Members enjoy great discounts at restaurants, parking garages, stores, cultural centers and more when they present their exclusive coupons. The 2010-11 Member handbook will be available in early fall.
Booster Seats:
For those audience members who need an extra little lift, booster seats are available. Once you've been shown to your seats, ask any New Victory usher for a booster, or pick one up from the lower lobby. Please note that booster seats are only for use in the orchestra section.
A beautiful lower lobby - complete with a concession stand that offers healthy snack options. The lower lobby also has bathrooms, water fountains, a video monitor, phones, lockers, and a merchandise stand where you can buy New Victory and show-related memorabilia.
