Storytelling Through Physical Theater
They say a picture is worth a thousand words; then a gesture must be worth two thousand! Theatre Re's The Nature of Forgetting—an almost completely non-verbal theatrical marvel that tells the story of a man living with early onset dementia as he relives distant childhood memories.

Inspired by this production, which employs live music and breathtaking physical theater as its primary means of storytelling, this workshop will focus on emotional connection to personal stories through non-verbal storytelling. Your imagination will soar as you become creator and storyteller while learning how to develop meaningful, movement-based theatrical works that hold the power to tell enthralling stories without uttering a word.
